Making smaller circles.
This is the second installment in the series - Bringing it all together - Philosophy, Agile, Lean and Learning
How does one eat an elephant?
One bite at a time!
In The Art of Learning, Josh recommends breaking down an activity into smaller steps and repeating each of the steps enough number of times to appreciate the nuances and make it second nature. Once each step is internalized, he...

Bringing it together - Philosophy, Learning, Agile...
I have often been told by my friends and colleagues that my creative, intellectual and recreational pursuits seem too random and diverse to make any sense. Some have even suggested that I get tested for ADHD. I feel fortunate to have friends feel free to speak their minds and are genuinely interested in my growth and well-being.

The company we keep
There is the story of a Spartan King who met two of his subjects, a youth and the youth’s lover, accidentally in a crowd. The death of Common Sense.
An Obituary printed in the London Times - Interesting and sadly True!
Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who has been with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old he was, since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape. He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as: - Knowing when to come in out of the rain; - Why...

I am thinking of doing this bike ride to celebrate my birthday. Would love for fellow bicycling lovers, enthusiasts and fanatics to join me. I thoroughly enjoyed it the last time as I relished fresh pancakes, bacon and sausages on the beach at the end of the ride. Also took a dip in the cold waters of the Atlantic to refresh myself.
